SYNOPSIS

Set in the backdrop of the scathing consequences of climate change, an impoverished ambulance driver Saiful staggers between two wives while he sets out on a bone-tired journey of moral decay, murder, deception, and social bashing.

DIRECTOR’S STATEMENT

Bank of Kirtonkhola river is where I grew up. Back then one thing used to intrigue me the most and that was the game of the tides. People of that bank kept on moving inside just to survive but these tides never left them alone. Every year, for almost three to four months these areas used to be submerged in the water. Their lives have not changed that much since then. They still come to the town for a better living. They try to keep the city alive with their toil and keeping that idiosyncrasy in mind, the movie portrays their lives. The protagonist of this story is a man like that.
