2. Festival films and events are for 18+ in age
3. Ticket can be downloaded from the links provided at the end of Order Received Page after the completion of transaction
4. Ticket will also be emailed. Do not forget to check the spam folders. Ticketing system may not send e-ticket to hotmail, live or outlook accounts
5. Payment receipt is also acceptable in lieu of ticket
6. All sales are final. We are not able to offer refund or exchange for tickets.
