SYNOPSIS
S, a novelist suffering from writer’s block, arrives at an isolated nature resort to work on her next book. Here, she is forced to deal with her unresolved grief and mental health whilst also interacting with the resort’s guests.
DIRECTOR’S STATEMENT
My filmmaking experiences have been quite varied, both in and outside of LFS. It has always been a passion of mine to consume diverse media and represent similar diversity in terms of representation (specifically the feminist perspective, mental health, etc) in my own filmmaking. To construct and be part of such narratives that depict previously untold stories is exactly what I want to do as a filmmaker. Additionally, another specific ambition of mine for the future is to be part of adapting some of my favourite works of literature for the screen, since books have also played a crucial role in helping me cultivate myself as a writer.
